The most frequently visited by local tourists is the beach Lhok Nga and Ujung Batee, they often become the means people of Aceh to “shower”, language popular for swimming and bathing at the beach.
Ujung Batee Beach
Ujung Batee visited tend crowded in the morning, and the gentle waves rolling one after another but relatively calm, making it a favorite choice of parents to bring their children to swim here. The distance is not far from the city of Banda Aceh, only 20 minutes if taken by private vehicle, public vehicles were passing the location of this beach.
Sloping sand and black sand to make children the most fun making sandcastles and playing a long chase the waves. At some point, Ujung Batee beach, which extends still visible remnants of the fort was Parta Indra inundated by sea water.
This implied that the coast is experiencing abrasion, erosion is slowly but surely. Enjoying the morning sun while relaxing in the shade of some trees surviving beach from brunt of the tsunami two years ago, was reassuring. The wind rocked the breezy feeling more comfortable looking at blue sky and sea.
Lhok Nga beach
Compared with beach Ujung Batee and Lampuuk Beach, Beach Lhok Nga is the best beach was develop, public toilet facilities and some simple cafes to rest mostly found along this coast. Even at this beach is also there with the life guard tower supervisor, like a Baywatch movie. The existence of the rescue team was initiated by a local organization which was initially driven by foreign workers who work in Banda Aceh.
Lhok Nga is always crowded by local and visiting foreign tourists (mostly foreign workers coloring Aceh), including the increasing number of fans the surf. High waves rolling smoothly but breaking on the sandy beach blackened shells mixed with white color, making the surfers paddled as the board could not get into the middle of the ocean.
Another beautiful scene is when the sun before sinking, Nga in Lhok sunset is beautiful scenery that it’s a shame that just missed. Regular waves that accompanied the wind swings, a romantic blend. But once reverberated adzan maghrib, immediately prepared to leave the beach, if you do not want your memories harassed by some local youths who did not hesitate to drive visitors to the beach to get away from this location.
Lampuuk Beach
Lampuuk beach as well as characteristic of the beaches in Aceh, accounting for long, from north to south. Once, before the tsunami, the beach is very crowded with vendors of fresh fish places to eat, offering to bake and cook the fish, to be directly enjoyed by visitors beaches. But this time do not seem any place to eat like that anymore. As if to go along with entirely bushy fir tree in the falling edge of the beach by the tsunami.
Lampuuk beach but still left most tip of its own exoticism bounded by high steep walls. Nan sea water blue-green glow, integrated with the blue sky and green trees on the steep hill. A friend looked at his wall steep hill and mumbled the desire to climb. Surely that is too long, the audience felt the wall when approaching this location.
Its beauty is hidden, its location was actually almost the same as a matter of minutes to Lhok Nga, but the silence of this beach has to offer is a different attraction. The sand was white sand, on some beach side, the sand soft and white as the flour can be found. The beach is most convenient for solitude, especially when the heart is troubled, with a look at its beauty, as if all the grief with the entire coastal breeze gently softened.
